(together the Interactive Services).
Where Wididi provides any Interactive Service, it will provide clear information to you about the kind of service offered, if it is moderated and what form of moderation is used (including whether it is human or technical).
Wididi take reasonable steps to assess any possible risks for Users (and in particular, for children) from third parties when they use any Interactive Service provided on the Website, and it will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks.
However, Wididi is under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any Interactive Service it provides on the Website, and Wididi expressly excludes its liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any Interactive Service by a User in contravention of its content standards, whether the service is moderated or not.
The use of any of Wididi’s Interactive Services by a minor is subject to the consent of their parent or guardian. Wididi advises parents who permit their children to use an Interactive Service that it is important that they communicate with their children about their safety online, as moderation is not fool proof. Minors who are using any Interactive Service should be made aware of the potential risks to them.
Where Wididi moderates an Interactive Service, it will normally provide you with a means of contacting the moderator, should a concern or difficulty arise.
These content standards apply to any and all material which you contribute to the Website (Contributions), and to any Interactive Services associated with it. For the avoidance of doubt, Contributions include the accurate representation of yourself through your User profile.
You must comply with the spirit and the letter of the following standards. The standards apply to each part of any Contribution as well as to its whole.

- be genuinely held (where they state opinions); and
- comply with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which they are posted.
Contributions must not:
- contain any material which is defamatory of any person;
- contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;
- promote sexually explicit material;

- be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
- be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;

- give the impression that they emanate from Wididi, if this is not the case; or
- advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
Users of the Website may report any other User to Wididi if they suspect they have breached any of the above standards. Wididi reserves the right to suspend a User’s profile and restrict access to the Website in the event of a report.

Wididi will determine, in its discretion, whether there has been a breach of the Terms through your use of the Website. When a breach of the Terms has occurred, Wididi may take such action as it deems appropriate.
Failure to comply with the Terms constitutes a material breach and may result in Wididi taking all or any of the following actions:

- issuing further legal action against you; or
- disclosing such information to law enforcement authorities as Wididi reasonably feels is necessary.
Wididi excludes liability for actions taken in response to breaches of the Terms. The responses described in this policy are not limited and Wididi may take any other action it reasonably deems appropriate.
UPLOADING CONTENT TO THE WEBSITE
Whenever you upload content to the Website, or make contact with other Users, you must comply with the content standards set out in the provisions above.
You warrant that any Contributions comply with those standards and you will be liable to Wididi and indemnify Wididi for any breach of that warranty.
If you are a consumer user, this means you will be responsible for any loss or damage Wididi suffers as a result of your breach of warranty.
Any content you upload to the Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content but you are required to grant Wididi a limited licence to use, store and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties.

Wididi will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of the Website.
Wididi has the right to remove any posting you make on the Website if, in its opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out above.

Severance. If any provision or part-provision of the Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the Terms.
Waiver. A waiver of any right under the Terms or law is only effective if it is in writing and shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. No failure or delay by a party in exercising any right or remedy provided under the Terms or by law shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it prevent or restrict its further exercise of that or any other right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of such right or remedy shall prevent or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
No partnership or agency. Nothing in the Terms is intended to, or shall be deemed to, establish any partnership or joint venture between the parties, nor constitute either party the agent of the other for any purpose. Neither party shall have authority to act as agent for, or to bind, the other party in any way.
